Are the items listed on Afuca brand new?

Yes. Unless explicitly stated, all products you purchase on our website are brand new, factory-sealed, and under manufacturer warranty.

Do you accept international credit cards?

You can always use a verified Paypal account or wire transfer for payments.If you don’t have a paypal account but would like to pay for the order via credit card directly,you could choose the second option when you enter the paypal payment website.The title of it is ‘Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit’.By entering the info of your card,you could feel free to pay for your order and get security business.

How to make sure the frequency will operate in your country

Before you buy a phone from AFUCA, you need to make sure the frequency will operate in your country. With a Band Class Chart or GSM Band Chart, you can determine if a phone will operate in your country. Alternatively, you can just choose country and operator on the http://maps.mobileworldlive.com/  site. If you don’t have an exact model in mind already, we recommend checking the full list of network bands in your country.

 

What is a frequency band?

A defined operating channel for communication, if your phone does not have the same frequency as your phone company it won’t work. When you purchase a phone locally, it will be compatible with your country, however, when ordering online that is not always the case.

What frequency bands are there?

The basic classification is:

  • 2G: 2.75G – GSM
  • 3G: WCDMA,
  • 3.5G: HSDPA,
  • 3.75G: HSUPA (3.75G),
  • 4G: including FDD-LTE, TD-LTE,
  • 5G: Under development

Each generation (G) is faster than the previous and the same service can be carried on different bands. So 4G LTE is not enough information to determine if it is compatible, you need the frequency. I.e. 4G LTE 1800Mhz.

How long will it take to delivery?

Orders generally ship within 2-7 business day providing stock is available while it is 15-25 business days if stock is out (we will contact you for this case and discuss if you will keep order or get a refund). You could contact us to confirm the handling time before putting order. You will receive an order confirmation, via email, shortly after your order has been placed. Please note this is not a shipping notice but we will email you a second time with a shipping notice/invoice to let you know that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We invite you to log into your account online anytime to view the status of all of your orders.

Orders that have incomplete or invalid shipping address may be delayed. Afuca will attempt to contact customer for an update on the shipping address. Orders that require manual billing or shipping address verification will be delayed until proper billing confirmation document is provided.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this won’t always be the same day as your order. Please allow up to 10-20 business days for delivery time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will notify you. If you have any questions on a specific item’s lead time, please contact us at service@abeax.com or call 86-755-2344-7309 with any questions.

All of our orders are shipped via standard shipping method. Delivery times typically range between 10 – 20 business days.

Can you provide export documentation?

Yes. Upon request, we can provide multiple copies of commercial invoices, harmonized system codes (HS Code), certificates of quality, etc. You just need to send us an email for request to service@afuca.com.

How much is the international shipping?

We ship all parcel via air mail parcel, customer from most of the global area could purchase items directly from our site and the shipping charge is standard. But customs and duties vary from country to country. Any duty or custom fee charged by the custom office will be the responsibility of the customers. If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customers.

I want to cancel an order placed wrongly

Cancel Your Order Before Payment

If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven’t paid, don’t worry, we’re not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order.

If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Change Your Order After Payment

If you have already paid for your order and wish to change, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Note: If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order. If you cancel an order full refunds are available.
