If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center indicated the following details
1.Please indicate your order number and product SKU, explain your item issue in details (cause and date of the issue).
2.Please tell us what actions you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3.Please send us clear picture or video of the defects (under 2MB) in good lighting of both product and outer package.
We will check your request and offer a solution. If you need to return the item(s), we will also process that for you.
30 Days Money Back Warranty
Please kindly follow the instructions given the RMA/ warranty process above. Only defective items can be returned for a full refund.
1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, not the Man-made damage, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within a period of 30 days after you have received it. Shipping fees to return the item back to us will be at our charge.
2.If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 30 day period for an exchange or a partial refund. You have to cover the shipping both ways and the restock fee (know more on shipping policy). We also do not refund the shipping fees.
3 Months Exchange Warranty
If a product doesn’t work, you can send it back to us for exchange provided it is within three months of the purchase date. As the buyer, you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees to resend the item to you.
How About the Shipping Cost for Repair?
Within a period of 12 months from the purchase date, buyers can send back items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to us, while we pay the shipping fees to resend the item back to the buyer.
After the 12 months warranty period, buyer can still send the item back for repair. However, the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees both ways.
Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s), which invalidates the warranty and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components. In that case customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved in the process.
What If I Receive the Wrong Item?

Please contact us with all the details and pictures showing us the issue.
1.If we sent the wrong item, we will either exchange the item or refund you in full.
2.If you made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, we will either refund you partially if you keep them or request to return the item for a full refund or an exchange.
Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer. For exchange customer will pay shipping fees both ways.
I Have Received an Incomplete Order ( Missing Items)
Please carefully check the package’s content before signing for the delivery.
Then please submit a ticket with your order number and indicating us which item or accessory is missing along picture of the outer packaging. We will offer a solution.
My Item’s Size Or Type Is Incorrect
We include a size chart on every garment’s product page we sell. Customers are fully responsible for selecting the right size or type before ordering. That said, we will offer do always our best to help.
1. If you ordered the wrong type: Please inform us by the ticket system indicating your order number, sku number and pictures of the item as explained in the warranty process above. Partial refunds are offered if you decide to keep the item. If you wish to exchange the product or return it for a full refund, we will give you a RMA form. All shipping fees to return the item(s) to warehouse and to resend an exchange are paid by the customer.
2. If we sent an item that does not match our size chart or type you ordered: Please contact us with your order details, order number, sku number and clear picture of the item. Please put your item on a table and measure the main parts of the difference. Once we receive all your order details and your photos, we will be able to resend you an alternative part or to arrange the return or refund.
Warranty Small Prints and Exceptions :
All items must be returned unused/unworn with original tags intact and must be accompanied by the RMA form. Returned item that do not match our policy requirements will not accepted.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received for an exchange or store credit only if received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
– Discounted items, items on sales, special offers are not covered by the warranty.
